We purchased 2Hyundai forklift-3 ton in December 2007 from your Turkey distributer HFM LTD. STI. to be used by our company AKO MERMERCILIK VE MAD.SAN.LTD.ST. We have decided to write you because of problems we had regarding services for these 123456789 and 123456788 serial numbered forklifts.
We are really disappointed about insensitive attitude of HFM LTD. STI. which is distrubuter of worldwide Hyundai company; they were promising us that they would take care of any problems, they would be our guarantee for products, they would be very fast of solving problems, their service quality would be perfect everytime till we bought forklifts. Now they do not even answer our calls and we could not get any effective solution regarding our problems.
What would you if you were in this situation as Hyundai?
If our problems remain with no solution:
• We will not purchase any machine in Hyundai brandmark to our factory.
• We will tell about our collegues and friends that
- You have unsatisfactory service quality
- Your service guarantee is valid till selling
Problems we had:
a) Brake system problem at the time of first service. This problem couldn’t be solved, they told us this problem is about oil and they would send e-mail to the main Office. Since 2 years this brake system problem is not solved.
b) We are sending you service records and films enclosed.
We believe your esteemed company will take care of our problems and analyze and solve our problems in short time.
